I get it. As an expat myself, I understand the complexities of living away from your culture, language and support systems. I believe in therapy because it can help us understand how our environments and backgrounds shape the way we see and experience the world.  Understanding where we come from can help us move towards the life we want to live. I’ve helped people all over Europe navigate the challenges of a new culture and know it’s possible for you too.

Individual therapy is a collaborative, personalized process where you work with a trained mental health professional to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and confidential space. It’s a personalized journey focused on achieving your unique goals and improving your overall well-being.

Couples

Adapting to a new culture has an impact on romantic relationships. I offer a safe and confidential space where I help couples process communication issues, move through conflict more effectively and increase intimacy. Transitions can be challenging, but your relationship doesn’t have to be.

EMDR & Trauma

Trauma therapy is a type of counseling specifically designed to help individuals cope with the emotional and psychological effects of traumatic experiences. It can often lead to symptoms like anxiety, depression, flashbacks, nightmares, and emotional dysregulation.
