About Drew

As an expat, I understand the complexities of living away from my culture, language and support systems.  I believe in therapy because it can help us understand how our environments and backgrounds shape the way we see and experience the world.  Understanding where we come from can help us move towards the life we want to live.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to support you on your journey to healing and growth. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Self-Compassion focused therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and EMDR.

I graduate from Loyola University Chicago with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and Psychotherapy in 2014.  I have worked in various school settings including International Schools and have been in private practice in both Munich and Basel.
